Is There A Cutoff Time For Same Day Shipping
Currently we do not offer same day shipping. Depending on our inventory, all orders will be shipped the next business day with the exception of Sunday and major holidays.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
All orders placed on a major holiday will ship the next business day.
Can I Change An Order I Just Placed?
We care about our Jack Tac family and will always try our best help with any special requests. In order to make changes, you will have to notify us before we process your order. Please
Contact Us directly and as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to an order you just placed.
What Cannot Be Changed?
After an order is processed, any add ons, changes or cancellation requests will not be permitted. However, you can always do a return or exchange after the order is delivered.
What Can Be Changed?
Depending on the stage of the order fulfillment, we can make changes to the shipping address, backorders or preorders.
What Should I Do If The Item I Ordered Arrives Damaged Or Defective?
If the item you purchased arrives damaged or defective, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve your issue.
Since Jackal Tactical does not manufacture your item, we cannot repair or replace any item under a third party warranty. Only the manufacturer can repair or replace an item under their warranty. Therefore all services must come directly from the manufacuter. We don't even have a say in the matter.
It sucks and may take a few days, but it's actually better for you in the long run. And it's the manufacturer's rules, not ours.
Can You Do Tech Work On My Airsoft Gun?
Yes. We do offer tech work. However we only offer tech work in our pro shop at Ambush Paintball and Airsoft located at:
91 Hilltop Rd
Conestoga, PA 17516.
You must arrive in person with your airsoft gun. We do not accept mail-ins.
Can You Ship To My Country?
Currently, we only ship to the United States, United States territories and domicillaries and Canada.
We plan to distribute internationally in the future.
What Should I Do If I Enter My Shipping Infomation Incorrectly?
If you incorrectly entered your shipping information, please contact us as soon as you can. Hopefully we can correct your shipping information before we process and ship your order.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to change anything after the item has shipped. But, if you contact us after we have shipped your order, you can download the UPS My Choice app to update your shipping address. All you have to do is register, update your address and provide your order information. UPS will take care of the rest.
